/KASE, May 27, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Bereke Bank JSC (SB of Lesha Bank LLC (Public)) (KASE ticker – BERK) dated May 21, 2025, David Mark Brawn was elected as a member of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Bereke Bank JSC (SB of Lesha Bank LLC (Public)) consists of four people.
