/KASE, May 26, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (KASE ticker – KZIK) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 21, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2024;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing net income for 2024 in the amount of 40,664,849,884.47 tenge:
• 28,465,461,329.22 tenge to be used for dividend payments;
• the remaining portion in the amount of 12,199,388,555.25 tenge shall be left at the disposal of the company.
