/KASE, May 23, 2025/ – As announced earlier, on May 22, 2025 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2С00013811 (UZPAb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 500.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, 20.25 % per annum; 30/360) of Ust-Kamenogorsk Industrial Valves Plant JSC (Oskemen) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The specified bonds are an issue of bonds under the program of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC for subsidizing the coupon interest rate on bonds issued by business entities. The subsidized part of the coupon interest rate is 14.25 % per annum, the non-subsidized part is 6.00 % per annum.

The Listing commission decision's effective date is May 23, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.
