/KASE, May 23, 2025/ – BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (KASE ticker – BCCI), announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 16, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• dividends on the company's common shares shall not be paid for 2024;
• net income for 2024 in the amount of 9,245,403 thousand tenge shall be left in the retained earnings account.
