/KASE, May 22, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of KazAgroFinance JSC (KASE ticker – KAFI) dated May 16, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: N. Aidapkelov;
• elected: R. Tyulegenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of six people.
