/KASE, May 22, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Zhaltyrbulak JSC (KASE ticker – ZHLT) dated May 19, 2025, A. Seidullaev was elected Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Zhaltyrbulak JSC consists of three people.
