/KASE, May 21, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG JSC (KASE ticker – AKMG) dated May 6, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: K. Tileubaev, A. Sermagulov, T. Altybaeva, A. Shynybaev;
• elected: Sh. Zholaev, M. Medeubaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG JSC consists of two persons.
