/KASE, May 20, 2025/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) dated May 16, 2025 G. Saryeva has been appointed the acting Chairperson of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC consists of three persons.
