/KASE, May 19, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (KASE ticker – JSBN) dated May 2, 2025, Zh. Shaikhy was elected the Chairman of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC consists of five persons.
