/KASE, May 19, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (KASE ticker – TSBN) dated May 15, 2025, K. Sagynaev was elected as a member of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC consists of five persons.
