/KASE, May 16, 2024/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KASE ticker – TMJL) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 2, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2024;
• net income in the amount of 157,817,358,632 tenge shall be left at the disposal of the company, the amount of dividend for 2024 per common share shall not be approved, and dividends shall not be paid.
