/KASE, May 16, 2025/ – REIF "RETAM" JSC (KASE ticker – RETM) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 12, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• to pay dividends on common shares for the fourth quarter of 2024 in the amount of 60,000 tenge per share;
• to pay dividends on additional preferred shares for the fourth quarter of 2024 in the amount of 236,327 tenge per share.
