/KASE, May 14, 2025/ – On May 14, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of NMH "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) KZ2C00013902 (KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360), trading code – BTRKb22;

2) KZ2C00013928 (KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360), trading code – BTRKb23;

3) KZ2C00013936 (KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360), trading code – BTRKb24;

4) KZ2C00014033 (KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 370 days; the coupon is paid once at the end of the circulation period, will be determined based on results of the first successful bond offering; actual/365), trading code – BTRKb25;

5) KZ2C00014041 (KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 370 days; the coupon is paid once at the end of the circulation period, will be determined based on results of the first successful bond offering; actual/365), trading code – BTRKb26.

The Listing commission decision's effective date will be announced later.

The opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced later.

These bond issues are the second to sixth within the framework of the 10th bond program of NMH "Baiterek" JSC, registered on April 25, 2025 in the amount of 2.0 trln tenge.

Financial consultants and underwriters of NMH "Baiterek" JSC are Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC and First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC.

More detailed information on the specified bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect.
