/KASE, May 12, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) dated April 29, 2025, the following persons were elected to the bank's Board of Directors:

1) T. Isataev;

2) A. Utemuratov;

3) F. Popandopulo;

4) Y. Tuyakbaev;

5) G. Andronikashvili.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC consists of five people.
