/KASE, May 12, 2025/ – By the decision of the sole shareholder of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (KASE ticker – KZIK) dated April 30, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: R. Karagoishin;
• elected: N. Aidapkelov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of six people.
