/KASE, May 12, 2025/ – Zhaltyrbulak JSC (KASE ticker – ZHLT) announced decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on April 28, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to distribute dividends for 2024 due to the lack of net profit.

In total, decisions were made on four agenda items at the general meeting of shareholders.
