/KASE, May 8, 2025/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 29, 2025, consent was granted for the inclusion of international bonds XS3059487721 (EBRDe29; 15.0 bn tenge; 08.05.25 – 08.05.28; floating semi-annual coupon, TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, margin rate will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement trades; actual/365) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the sector "Securities of international financial organizations" of KASE official list.

The admittance initiator of said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).

The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is May 8, 2025.

The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
