/KASE, May 8, 2025/ – By the decision of the Board of Directors of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC (KASE ticker – FRMP) dated April 30, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: B. Makazhan;
• elected: A. Mustafin, T. Smagulov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC consists of five people.
