/KASE, May 6, 2025/ – Private company BI Development Ltd. (KASE ticker – BIGD) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 30, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2024;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2024 in the amount of 76,031,037,000 tenge:
• 51,182,552,152 tenge to be left at the company’s disposal for its further development;
• 20,202,020,202 tenge shall be earmarked for the payment of dividends to company shareholders in addition to the previously announced 4,646,464,646 tenge payable (according to preliminary results for the nine months of 2024) .
