Agenda of the meeting:

1) approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2024;

2) determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for the past financial year and the amount of dividend per common share of the company;

3) on shareholders' appeals regarding the actions of the company and its executives and the results of their consideration;

4) on the amount and composition of remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the executive body of the company;
