/KASE, May 5, 2025/ – By the decision of the sole shareholder of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC (KASE ticker – KACM) dated April 18, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Murzagalieva, Nicholas Robert Page;
• elected: Zh. Shaikhy.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC consists of five people.
