/KASE, May 2, 2025/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on May 2, 2025 decided to include bonds KZ2C00013878 (1,000 tenge, 50.0 bn tenge; 5 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of NMH "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.

The issue of these bonds is the first under the 10th bond program of NMH "Baiterek" JSC, registered on April 25, 2025 in the amount of 2.0 trillion tenge.

These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTRKb21.

More detailed information on the said bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect.
