/KASE, May 2, 2025/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (KASE ticker – RAHT) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 30, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to accrue or pay dividends on the company's common shares, and not to distribute net income for 2024 in the amount of 6,307,820,000 tenge.
