Agenda of the meeting:

1) approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of the company shareholders;

2) approval of the annual financial statements for 2024;

3) determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for the past financial year and the amount of dividend per common share of the company;

4) consideration of the issue of shareholders' appeals against the actions of the company and its executives and the results of their consideration;

5) informing the company shareholders about the amount and composition of remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the company for 2024;

6) familiarization with the report of the Board of Directors on the work done in 2024;
