/KASE, April 29, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of KEGOC JSC (KASE ticker – KEGC) dated April 28, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Y. Berdigulov;
• elected: N. Zhakupov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KEGOC JSC consists of seven people.
