/KASE, April 28, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of National company Food contract corporation JSC (KASE ticker – PRKR ) dated April 21, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

1) A. Sultanov;

2) A. Juvashev;

3) B. Tynysbekov;

4) N. Konkaeva;

5) D. Yenkebaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National company Food contract corporation JSC consists of five persons.
