/KASE, April 21, 2025/ – As previously announced, ay a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 11, 2025, Asia- Pacific Bank JSC was accepted as a member of KASE in the "currency", "stock" and "derivatives" categories. This decision of KASE's Board of Directors comes into effect on April 21, 2025.

Membership in these categories gives the right to participate in exchange trading in foreign currencies, securities admitted to circulation (trading) on KASE, as well as derivative financial instruments.
