Hereby, Joint Stock Company "National Company "KazMunayGas" (hereinafter – NC KMG), in accordance with item 13 of Table 2 of Appendix 1 to the Information Disclosure Rules by Securities Admission Initiators of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC, and item 4.3 of Table 1 of the Information Disclosure Rules of the Astana International Exchange, announces the signing of Addendum No. 1 to the Hydrocarbon Exploration and Production Contract dated 7 March 2025 between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, NC KMG, and LLP "Bolashak Operating" for the "Bolashak" subsoil area (hereinafter – Addendum No. 1) located in the Mangistau region.

Pursuant to the Addendum No. 1, amendments were introduced providing for the transfer of contractual rights and obligations for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons at the "Bolashak" subsoil area to Bolashak Operating LLP.
