/KASE, April 21, 2025/ – On April 21, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00013782 (1,000 tenge, 6.0 bn tenge; 4 years and 1 month; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for offering of bonds; 30/360) of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

The Listing commission decision's effective date will be announced later.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later.

The issue of these bonds is the fourth under the first bond program of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO LLP, registered on April 11, 2023, in the amount of 100.0 billion tenge.

Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO LLP is Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty).

The specified bonds have been assigned the abbreviated designation (trade code) MFTFb5.

More detailed information about the specified bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect.
