Agenda of the meeting:

• approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of the company shareholders;
• approval of the consolidated annual financial statements of the company for 2024;
• approval of the procedure for distributing the company's net income as of December 31, 2024. Making a decision on the payment of dividends on the company's common shares as of December 31, 2024 and approving the amount of dividend per common share of the company;
• consideration of the issue of shareholders' appeals regarding the actions of the company and its executives and the results of their consideration;
• informing the company shareholders about the amount and composition of the remuneration of members of the company's Board of Directors and Management Board.
