/KASE, April 18, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC (KASE ticker – KZTO) dated April 17, 2025, N. Kushzhanov was elected as a member of the Company's Management Board as of April 21, 2025.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC consists of seven persons.
