/KASE, April 17, 2025/ – On April 17, 2025 the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00013795 (1,000 tenge, 10.0 billion tenge; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later.

The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) HCBNb16.

More detailed information about this bond issue will be published on KASE's Internet resource after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect.
