/KASE, April 14, 2025/ – As announced earlier, on April 11, 2025 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following social bonds of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) KZ2C00013662 (JSBNb5, 1,000 tenge, 50.0 bn tenge; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading session; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00013670 (JSBNb6, 1,000 tenge, 50.0 bn tenge; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading session; 30/360);

3) KZ2C00013688 (JSBNb7, 1,000 tenge, 50.0 bn tenge; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading session; 30/360);

4) KZ2C00013696 (JSBNb8, 1,000 tenge, 50.0 bn tenge; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading session; 30/360).

The Listing commission decision's effective date is April 15, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
