/KASE, April 9, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of KoZhaN JSC (KASE ticker – KOZN) dated April 1, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Zhang Ding;
• elected: Xu Hong.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KoZhaN JSC consists of three persons.
