/KASE, April 2, 2025/ – By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Maten Petroleum JSC (KASE ticker – MATN) dated April 1, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Guo Yi;
• elected: Zhang Ding.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Maten Petroleum JSC consists of three persons.
