/KASE, April 1, 2025/ – Kaspi.kz JSC (KASE ticker – KSPI) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on March 28, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• taking into account previously paid quarterly dividends in 2024, not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2024.
