/KASE, April 1, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (KASE ticker – TSBN) dated March 31, 2025, Y. Y. Arginov was removed from the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC consists of five persons.
