/KASE, March 28, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC (KASE ticker – KZTC) dated March 19, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: L. Zhumagalieva;
• elected: A. Kudaibergenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Jusan Mobile JSC consists of four people.
