As of March 20, bonds KZ2P00013642 (MFMOb21) and KZ2P00013659 (MFMOb22) of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" included in "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market
/KASE, March 19, 2025/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on March 18, 2025 decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:
- KZ2P00013642 (MFMOb21; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2P00013659 (MFMOb22; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is March 20, 2025.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
