/KASE, March 18, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Benkala Mining Company JSC (KASE ticker – BENK) dated March 14, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: T. Kovaleva;
• elected: B. Akzholov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Benkala Mining Company JSC consists of three persons.
