/KASE, March 17, 2025/ – On March 17, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (Astana) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list:

• KZ2C00013522 (1,000 tenge, 100.0 bn tenge; 1 year 3 months; semi-annual coupon, 15.50 % per annum; 30/360), trade code – AGKKpp8;
• KZ2C00013639 (1,000 tenge, 50.1 bn tenge; 1 year; semi-annual coupon, 15.50 % per annum; 30/360), trade code – AGKKpp9.

The effective date of the Listing commission decision will be announced later.

More detailed information on the specified bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect.
