/KASE, March 4, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Altai Resources JSC (KASE ticker – AMAN) dated February 20, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Evstigneev;
• elected: Y. Tursynbaev, E. Ogai, V.Volkov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Altai Resources JSC consists of three people.
