/KASE, February 26, 2025/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ JSC (KASE ticker – KTGA) dated February 14, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: Zh. Jienbekov;
• elected: A. Sultanbek.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ JSC consists of four persons.
