/KASE, February 24, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC (KASE ticker– FRMP) dated February 21, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: G. Buribaeva;
• elected: F. Sarsekeev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC consists of seven persons.
