/KASE, February 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – KZTK) dated January 27, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• A. Ospanov;
• N. Meirmanov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC consists of eight people.
