/KASE, January 31, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of KMK Munai JSC (KASE ticker – LNPT) dated January 24, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Y. Kurmangazin;
• elected: O. Urazalin.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KMK Munai JSC consists of nine people.
