/KASE, January 6, 2025/ – Following a decision of the sole shareholder of Eurasian Bank JSC (KASE ticker – EUBN) dated December 31, 2024, M. Shodieva quit the company's Board of Directors of her own accord.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC consists of four persons.
