/KASE, December 27, 2024/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat JSC (ticker KASE – RAHT) dated December 27, 2024, S. Krementsov was elected as a member of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of LOTTE Rakhat JSC consists of seven people.
