/KASE, December 20, 2024/ – Following a decision of the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC (KASE ticker – KCEL) dated December 13, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: O. Tsoi, M. Amardinov, D. Ibraev;
• elected: K. Shaimov, K. Zatilda.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Kcell JSC consists of five people.
