/KASE, December 4, 2024/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigas JSC (KASE ticker – MMGZ) dated December 2, 2024, the following persons were elected to the company's executive body:

• Wen Jiajun – general director;
• B.S. Seitmaganbetov – first deputy general director.

Taking into account the changes made, the executive body of Mangistaumunaigas JSC consists of two people.
